I’ve been off for a short time…dealing with real life is sometimes to big to let go off. Any way. This is me earlier this week visiting the castle here in Kalmar. Sooner I hope to share some photos of the castle and surroundings to.
Awesome electric Violin artist!
I’ve always have had a soft heart for electric violin but never actually crawled around deeper into it, then I just this night stumbled over this:
My heart is bleeding of joy, and tears are actually lurking behind my eyelids. I believe in a bright future for Caitlin, she’s one of thous true artist out there who can change the world, at least she have done it with mine.
I’m sitting here as I’ve done all night and the last two hours I’ve been guided into the morning by her tones. And all tiredness I should bee feeling after a sleepless night and a night before that with only a few hours sleep is just melting away, bleed away in just cheer blissful amazement.
Time to braid some over sized clothing!

One of the creations at AnansiTheSpiders, Etsy.com
A few days ago I sat and looked around at the internet for some inspiration to a post-apocalyptic outfit, or actually several as I am in a sort of Gothic and post-app frenzy state of mind (in art, music, fashion and movie)…and I stumbled upon this amazing Gothic, Avant garde - post-apocalyptic inspired cloth and accessories designer, Angela Benedict, on etsy.com:
I have previously encountered similar creations and always get the same constant craving to try out this knitting techniq. A perfect way to renew old clothes I never use because I find them dull or simply because they have become to large for me, or give clothes I purchased at the second-hand a little more edgier look. This is also a technique that is suitable for all creations I might think of as long as the material is fairly elastic, it sure sets my own imagination into a roaring fire of inspiration. The technique used is most often mentioned as t-shirt braiding or t-shirt weaving and there are many tutorials out there, both step to step-reading and video-tutorials.
What I love about Angela Benedict’s creations is the amazing chemical effect she get on the fabric and her many different variations, each one highlighting the endless possibilities that exist. My mind starts spinning of ideas so I’ll end this post right now and just flow with it.
